Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trip Packs (₹299)

If your pack fails to generate, or is materially wrong for the route you entered, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will regenerate it or refund in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Atlas Pro (₹999/month)

Cancel any time from the customer portal; no further charges after the current billing period. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days if no packs were generated.

How to request

Email getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed via Razorpay/Stripe to the original payment method.
